The International Songwriting Competition (ISC) is an annual contest open to amateur and professional songwriters worldwide. It offers over $150,000 in cash and prizes, including a $25,000 grand prize. Participants have the chance to get their songs heard by top industry professionals, including celebrity artists and high-profile executives. Over 19 editions of Sound City, we've showcased more than 3,000 emerging artists to over 400,000 fans and key industry figures, winning a stack load of awards along the way and helping to catapult hundreds of acts on the road to media coverage, record deals, hit albums and sell-out tours. Think Florence and the Machine, Sam Fender, Stormzy and Laura Marling. You want a bit of that, right? At the heart of Sound City is the belief that the most exciting new music comes from artists from diverse backgrounds and cutting across genres. Artists are family to us - we'd be nothing without you. So, we listen to every single track that's submitted and each applicant gets feedback.

Music Week Poland returns to Warsaw on 6–10 May 2026, bringing together artists, industry professionals, and media from across Poland, Europe, and beyond. "Aufgetischt St.Gallen" - a beautiful Buskers/Streetfestival in the East of Switzerland
The 13th edition of Aufgetischt St.Gallen will take place from May 15-17, 2026.

we are offering a one-month coaching program with the aim of helping musicians, bands and artists create their own press kit or electronic press kit.

Why? An electronic press kit is the basis for national and international bookings.

The coaching takes place weekly over the course of a month (first edition takes place in November/December 2025).
The two experts, Granit Pacarada (Offchestra, Gypsi Groove) and Philipp Konrad Labhart (S.Franklin and The Broken Wings, Art Lokaj & TNM, Victory Kid, Liburn Jupolli Ensemble, Hinterhaus Records),
offer the sessions either on-site (at Defy Them in Prishtina) or online. The sessions can be held in Albanian or English.

Back in Switzerland, I had a HipHop project: a live band playing for cyphers and freestyle sessions – HipHop & Rap & Poetry at its best. Now I want to bring it back and start a new band here in Prishtina.
